When we started PIOUR in early 2002, we decided to buried the rampant "dumb blonde" Sarawak Layered Cakes (which look so good but lacked in quality and taste) that had started to flood inside most Malaysian Magazines, Recipe Books, on webs, blogs and specially in urban Kuching City. We believed that one day we will bring back the glory of pure Sarawak Layered Cakes to its original heyday !
